Wasabi

Oriental plant with leaves with a slightly spicy taste. It’s best to use the leaves in salads or as a garnish for steak tartare, shellfish, carpaccio of fish or meat and sushi. The leaves of the wasabi taste spicy but not really sharp.
The very strong taste is obtained by grating the root-bulb, that you can grown your own in open ground or in a larger pot for at least 1 year.
